Parallel installation? Is this a street car?

No parallel install with stock ecu. Only MS. The car is street and it takes part in some races time attack

Are you sure that's only data 6? That doesn't seem right and the zip file looks like it might be data 5,6,7 (or at least 2 of those). It would make a lot more sense to have at least 2 bytes for RPM. Also, what RPM does that represent?

Hi Jean,
this is the first test. I have problem with sniffer software. it Is very slow when I trasmit the data. Data6 is certain. If I set 0 at data6=0 tachometer no move. Also I would expect 2 bytes.
Tomorrow I make new test with other pc. I hope I resolve the software problem.

Hi guys,
today I have re-analyzed the CAN

This is the results:

ID A18A001x
DATA2 FF = light water
DATA2 90 = light check engine
DATA7 FF = light change oil
DATA1 FF = light for diesel engine
DATA6 = RPM gauge:
1F = 1000 rpm
3F = 2000 rpm
5D = 3000 rpm
BA = 6000 rpm

Data3 = CLT gauge:
60 = 70°c
65= 80°c
6E= 90°c
9c=100°c
9F=110°c
A2=120°C

ID18A006x
DATA2 = VSS (not have scale at the moment).

I hope it is possible to use these data with MS

Best regards

Interesting to see this work as there are a lot of this cars around here, can and dbw are the main things that not allow people to upgrade to a fully programmable ecu... Fixing can will be great...
