Generic PWM load axis request

Could average fuel economy and ethanol content% be added to the available Generic PWM load axis inputs? Im driving two analog gauges with generic pwm outputs and it would be awesome to have these parameters for my gauges.

Okay figured this out, fuelcons for fuel economy and fuelpct for ethanol content.

But is fuelcons an average or instantaneous?
