vss is in m/s. Check the ini file to see how to convert it to mph (or use Google).

I found this line in the ini but I didn't recognize the conversion.
msToPrefUnitsScale = { prefSpeedUnits == 0 ? 0.22369 : 0.36 }, ""
.22369 is for mph and .36 is kph.
outpc.vss1 == 150 is 15.0 meters per second or about 33.5 mph.
