Not that my setup uses much in the way of advanced/new features, but I upgraded today and noticed no "real" running issues. I was previously running a 6 month old 1.4 beta.
The only oddity I noticed was after I loaded my previous .msq, my boost control method was set to "basic" instead of the advanced PID. All my other settings (included the PID terms) were in place and the same. I have just installed a new turbine housing and do not have boost control dialed back in yet, so I could not really tell if it "acted" like it was advanced or basic PID.
