Feature request: CANEGT (ie like CANEGO)

It's simple really: Just like CANEGO, fetch as many EGTs as declared in the EGT settings from a base CAN ID/table/offset, instead of taking up precious CAN ADCs, which can be used for different sensors/data.

You need an iox, 24 ADCs makes them feel less precious.

I have all the CAN hardware I need, the hardware is not an issue.
