Crank to Run Taper Not working?

1.5 alpha 1. My crank to run taper is set to 15, but it drops straight to my initial value table after 3 seconds (which conveniently is my PID delay) am I misunderstanding Crank to Run Taper? Or is it a bug.

Log and tune attached.

Probably something else making it think it isn't after crank but instead is an "after throttle press" event. I will take a look later today.
Megasquirt is not for use on pollution controlled vehicles. Any advice I give is for off road use only.

So, the 3 seconds before it goes to the value in the target table is as designed. You're not hitting the 15 second ramp to target because you're never entering closed loop. The duty drops because your battery voltage recovers after cranking.

I think all of this is happening because your PID disable RPMdot is set too low.
