Hey, looking at the generic input sensor lag settings. It looks like you have a 10-100 sweep on the lag, 10 being most damp, 100 being very fast. Is it possible to dampen it even more?
Scenario: I run my fuel level gauge sender to a generic input (tied to a +5V pullup) and i've managed to calibrate it in the ECU fine and drive the gauge with a generic PWM output. The problem is, is that the ECU reacts too fast when the float arm bounces around and causes the gauge to jump around. It'd be good if the ECU could read the fuel level sender once a minute (or even longer?)...
Cheers
Kris

Just a thought maybe you could use a capacitor to dampen the senders voltage. Try a 470uF or larger. 35volt rating should be OK.

Yeah I had thought about hardware mods to slow it down, but was thinking of a more simplistic approach with some code to really slow down the sampling rate with some averaging etc...

I really need to hook my fuel level gauge up too
