CO2 boost control

Post by 93supercoupe »

I see in the new alpha firmware, it looks like the beginning of incorporating CO2 boost control.

Ive been considering running air in my car this year for the shifter and boost control so i wanted to start thread to kind of see what people are thinking or have been doing.

I saw one thread where a guy was using a add on to run 2 solenoids (which seems pretty necessary for a good co2 system)

Is this something we are planning on integrating, and if so, how soon?

It will need two solenoids, controlled by existing MS3X mid current or MS3 Pro high current outputs. The 1.5.0 alpha 5 code starts with integrating it into regular boost control. Alpha 4 and earlier had it as a completely separate function, as an expedient way of testing it out.

To anyone that is going to use the new features (in regards to CO2 boost), please chime in with details. How did it work, what hardware did you use, ect.
