Was just wondering if full control of the Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve by MS3x would be a desirable option to have?
Getting control over that 'variable' vacuumleak that could alter MAP-readings and change mixtures on seasoned engines might have its benefits imo.
Did some reading up today on the M/E Wagner adjustable pcv valve which has a seperate adjuster for idle and cruise.
Some more Googling showed me that electronically controlled PCV valves have been used on cars already at least some 10 and more years ago.

Re: electronic PCV control
Hard to beat the simplicity of the sprung and weighted valve on the stock system. You just have to clean them once in a while. There could be some advantage to getting the pcv working better for engines with cams that produce less idle vacuum. Catch cans are a good idea but if your blow by is that bad that it is causing problems with mixtures and fouling then you need to look at valve seals and guides and a probably a re ring/ rebuild.
Find the Manuals up top under Quick links: Manuals.

Can't help you with that.
It was just an image of one I found on the net to visualise my post.

Re: electronic PCV control
Ok, it would have been a great solution for a problem I'm confronted with.
Re: electronic PCV control
For those wondering, after some research this is not an electrically actuated pcv, but it is a heated one...
