Feature request: Nitrous second stage enable input

I've had some customers who want to be able to select whether to use one stage of nitrous or two with a switch. Can this be added to the code?

Yes please. Then we can activate the 2nd stage with loops, adding incredible control.

Agree. There are many times where track conditions do not warrant a second stage and this would make life easier.
