Bug: Test mode when using injector outputs for dome control

I think I have found a bug from 1.5.0 code. I think it's quite insignificant but as it can be quite confusing I thought it's better to report it.

It seems that output test mode isn't working correctly when some of unused injector channels are assigned as dome boost control solenoid outputs. In this case when you try to control these outputs with test mode the result is something pretty random. When toggling the output on/off the result is just very short pulse (<1ms) when turning on. Pulsed option generates some more or less random PWM signal at completely wrong frequency.

Based on quick bench testing actual boost control output functionality seems to work as it should so this bug doesn't prevent using injector channels for dome control. But I spent some time by chasing a non-existing wiring mistake when wondering why the solenoids don't work properly...

Yeah, i have noticed some weird behaviour with the spark outputs in test mode also.

In "Simple" outputs mode, the outputs are controlled (always) from an interrupt at high speed. Test mode won't override them.

So it's known feature? Should it be noted somewhere then, in documentation or TunerStudio tooltips etc?
