Negative MAP values result in a 65.000ms PW.

Post by Reverant »

I was playing with MAP sensor values in the Calibrate MAP window, and by accident I entered a "value at 0V" that resulted in a "actual" MAP reading of -5kPa. This created a PW of 65.000ms and quickly flooded the engine.

- Please check why a MAP reading of -5kPa resulted in a PW of 65.000ms (maybe the -5kPa got interpreted internally to MAX_KPA-5 and by having multiply MAP enabled created a huge PW?).
- In the ADC calculation method, don't allow a negative MAP reading.

Tested with FW 1.4.0.

Attached although not really needed. Just enabling multiply MAP with SD as the fueling algorithm does it. Disabling multiply MAP results in a normal PW.

No, it was needed. How else can I test with your exact settings?
