VSS3 does not work in Traction Control

My Settings:
MS3 1.5.1beta6
VSS1 and VSS3 Driven Wheel
VSS2 Undriven Wheel
In the log:
By SecL 71 my VSS1 is over VSS2 and TC work!
By Secl 73 the VSS3 goes over VSS2 and no TC work!
Is this a Setting Problem?

Your settings are for VSS1 and VSS2 only. VSS3 isn't considered.

To use VSS3 you need to use "Avg VSS1+VSS3" or "Max VSS1+VSS3"

I have not seen the setting Avg VSS1 + VSS3 and Max VSS1 + VSS3
What does Avg/Max mean ?

Avg means average.
Max means maximum.
