Flex Boost Blending & Trim POT at Same Time

Is it possible in the current firmware to have two methods to control boost at the same time? What I'm looking to accomplish is to retain the current blending (Blend table 6) for boost tables based on ethanol % AND have a trim pot over the top of that which could be adjusted by the driver. The pot would function to lower boost even further than the blend amount would call for. This way the driver could not exceed safe targets setup by the tuner for the ethanol content available.
Here is an example using hypothetical numbers:
Say on e100 (in theory) the max allowable boost is 20psi but on pump gas it is 10. At 50% ethanol the boost target is now 15psi. If the driver wanted to lower the boost back to 10psi they could adjust a trim pot to achieve that, but they could not turn the trim pot to exceed the 15psi target commanded by the ethanol blend which calls for 15psi in this case.
Basically just a way to turn boost down beyond blend table 6 when using a flex fuel setup.
