I have a vehicle with flex fuel sender which is running pump fuel / e98 however I also have dual fuel setup as this vehicle will also run methanol
would it be possible to have a 'disable flex' option under dual fuel so when the dual fuel switch is switched over to methanol, the flex fuel sender input is ignored/not used in the fuel calculation for those Alt. fuel and timing maps

Re: Feautre Request - disable Flex under dual fuel
Good idea
Id also like the Flex content to be locked over a certian TPS to stop fueling and timing changes in a run. That might already be happening, but ive def seen my ethanol % change in a pull on a datalog.

Re: Feautre Request - disable Flex under dual fuel
I revised the Flex code (last August) to hopefully smooth out changes and improve stability. This was first available in pre-1.5.1 beta 5 and is included in 1.5.1. I'm still awaiting any feedback, so won't be making any other changes at this time.93supercoupe wrote:Id also like the Flex content to be locked over a certian TPS to stop fueling and timing changes in a run.
