With USB-to-RS232.doc
I have just checked the MS3 controller with the USB cable and USB-to-RS232 cable, but I don't have communication still. I also have checked with another laptop with Windows 8 but the problem is the same.
I have checked the lower connector and it has 12.2 volt...
I attached a file with the PC setting.
Thanks.

Can you try running the portcheck.exe program with the MS3 plugged in and powered up, and post the results?

Ok, it's not responding to the normal port check commands. What if you put the boot jumper in place and try again?

TunerStudio needs to be closed when running Port Check, as it can tie up serial ports.

Was that with or without the boot jumper in place?

I haven't opened the MS3 box.
Can you explain me a bit about boot jumper or give me a link about that?

I have bridged the two pins of the boot jumper and then I've run the portcheck. I attached the results.

Was that with the boot jumper still attached? It needs to be.
