Could you get a composite log? They're easier to read for a dual wheel setup, and I would like a look at the cam sensor.

Ok, for some reason I thought these had 8 tooth crank wheels, not 24-1. That log appears to be a non-signal; try adjusting the VR trim pots for more sensitivity.

We have a running bike again.

Shunt was reason bike died.

Me cranking on batt was reason bike wouldnt fire after shunt repair.

I use 2 LIFE batteries for this system and primary batt. wouldnt keep computer alive to allow it to run.

Thanks to Tony for the help.

I like my ms3 I just hope I can work out all the bugs before I hit the track. :yeah!:

Have a up-date on this project.
Was able to eliminate crank sensor issues by adjusting the pots and adding 10k resistor inline.
Made it to the dyno and developed a fuel and ignition curve.
1.5 liter motor made 225hp n.a. and 355hp n2o.
Made it to the track and all worked well.
Ms3 n2o control software still needs fine tuning to work well on track. Only item that failed is the SD card
data stopped working.
Am happy w/ my Megasquirt. :D

Hey guys I have a weird problem with my MS3 , When I install the sd card, ECU starts injecting fuel without the motor cranking or running. Remove the sd card and system works normal. All other systems appear to be behaving. Thanks for your help. Eric

355hp on a busa, is probably scary, right? :D
