Known bug with large pulsewidths in older codes <=1.0.5

It came to my attention yesterday (Fri 20th April 2012) that there is a bug in the MS3 firmware (all versions.)

If injector trim is enabled, pulsewidths greater than 42ms will cause a calculation overflow back to zero.

Workaround
- disable injector trim

Resolution
- fixed firmwares will be posted shortly - see beta 1.0.6 or pre-1.1 codes
