Is this through the Anti-Lag system?

What settings have you enabled? Post your MSQ.

while we're there, what's the difference between "enable cyclic fuel cut" and "enable roving idle fuel cut" in the antilag settings?
I read the roving idle never cuts the same injector in two consecutive cycles, the "cyclic" option what is?

I noted that both can be on at the same time, and that roving can be on alone and cyclic too... more confused.

Cyclic fuel cut is part of the anti-lag control and is used when anti-lag in active.

Roving idle is used when anti-lag is not active, it is required if you have the throttle-plate screwed open in classes that don't allow a sufficiently large extra-air valve.

thanks I understand now.

other ecus, when you screw open the plate they say you must recalibrate software so that it reads 0 in the new position (screwed open).
This must be done with ms3 too, true?

It depends what you are using TPS% for, but generally yes.

i kind of found why, after playing a bit in TS, it seems that it works just if ms3x fuel drivers are enabled, i'm running std fuel outputs....isn't there a way to make it work with the std outputs ?

Because with only two channels of fuel, you don't have very much resolution in how much fuel you can cut - you can only cut half the fuel or all of it. Roving idle fuel cut works much better with full sequential.

yeah the basic procedure is to enable the roving idle and start opening your throttle plate (at the same time setting tps to new zero values) and all of this together with one of the maps there that allows you how much cut to enable at different tps/rpm. I think the table is called roving cut or something ... the values have to be high enough to mantain the desired idle speed, higher values will tend to bog down the engine and lower values will not be able to hold the engine at a steady rpm (idle).
