Edit, email sent again. And my Canegt is from DIY. Does Jean do the firmware for these?
When James releases the updated MS3 firmware that can make use of the CAN-EGT data through standard CAN, I will post the CAN-EGT firmware he mentioned (for the DIYA unit you have). I want to wait until then to make sure everything works together as intended.

I'll also need to look at the same option James mentioned for the Microsquirt IO-box that disables Megasquirt-CAN totally. Depending on the CAN IDs used by the AEM unit, it is possible that there could be conflicts.

Only "problem" is that you need to calibrate all sensors together. So if you have a fifth sensor, it bad luck. Will there be a work around this James
The "Calibrate AFR" is ignored for for widebands over CAN where a lambda value is provided (AEM, Ecotrons, Innovate via IO-extender or CANEGT.)

I don't understand that.
I have a plex over the ms3 ego port, when I put the aem box on, I have to calibrate the sensors as shown on this page, doing so mess up my plex. So I don't see how the calibration is ignored, maybe I have done it wrong.

Which page? What is a "plex" ?

Plx wideband autocorrect.
Further up in this thread it tells how to configure the wideband.

That's obsolete information from before the AEM specific setting was added.

One last question.

What about the backpressure sensor, is it still possible to retrive data from this sensor?

You can still configure that through the generic "CAN Receiving".
