help with fan output in datalog.

Post by maik21 »

hello.

i want to know if fan status is in datalog and what is his name.

i notice fan dont go off once car reach off temperature.

setup in FAN CONTROL is
fan on at 185
fan off at 180

.... when i test using fan from programable on-off, it works great.

.... so when engine cools a little below 180, fan stays on.

i cant upload log because is to large.

when you set up the data logging channels(in tuner studio) you will have to choose to log the fan control output, I don't think its logged unless you specify that you want that value logged. I think you have to have the fan control activated and then go to the data logging setup and choose the fan output(or it might be a custom field you will have to set up). after looking at your msq, I would bet that the fan output is an existing datalog field. you will just need to choose to monitor it.
