These were deleted with a hard coded setting during the prealpha stages.

Yes and in Launch Control.

I am assuming spark cut still cuts X from Y, but how did the developers determine a setting that will work for all?

Iirc it's a progressive random cut based on the rpm window you've specified from soft to hard

OK, so if I need to increase the limiting effect I can just widen that window? I am asking this because sometimes it gets tricky trying the limit RPMs on the 2-step with a high-hp turbo engine.

Correct. And for me it seems to hover just under the rpm limit. For launch I'm sure I don't make as much power as you but it's effective on my setup and the revlimit has always for me and I'm close to 800whp
