What if you would like to use the 2nd for baro correction? I assume the 3 pins labeled NC would be(from left to right as pictured) 1- 5v, 2 - Ground, 3 - Map out as well?

NC means no connection.

So those 3 pins literally have no purpose in any application? Mainly I am asking if the first 3 pins have any relation to the 2nd baro port and understand that NC means no connection.

The 3 NC pins serve the purpose of providing mechanical support for the MapDaddy.

Hi im swapping sensors on a mapdaddy 4 bar map sensor, the main sensor has gone bad (signal is permanently highest vacuum) so i swapped connections to use the other one. Why could this sensor have gone bad?

Oil or water contamination most likely.
