ms3pro no start

i have a 74 datsun 260z with 83 280z turbo t3/t4, 500cc inj, ms3pro.

installed and have done inj/coil test and all respond. i have fuel pressure. seems to be a timing issue. i cannot get a timing light to light up at the proper timing.

is there something i am suppose to do to set initial timing/
