I tried two types noise filtering on the "crank" signal.(attache jpg)
With both noise filtering, MS3 does not lost the trigger wheel signals upper 4500rpm.
But some noise were existed upper 4500rpm and does not reduce it turning left and right VR Input Circuit Potentiometers R52 and R56.

I'm using resistor spark plugs NGK BKR6E-11 and
I don't know noise suppressing leads. EF-SE engine has coil on plug.

I'm very tired, so I never resolve timing error in this two weeks, every night trying.

I tried the following things.
・Using timing light(appropriate direct ignition COP) and confirmed fixed mode IGT BTDC5°
・Check MS3+MS3X earth lines go to engine earth
・Change new registor ignition plugs
・Noise filterling:Noise filter period 0~10, Noise filter eneable OFF/ON, Taco period rejection OFF/ON → Null effect
・Insert +N and -N VR lines in series variable resistors(0-100k ohm)→ enable to run 4500rpm over
・turn counterclockwise and clockwise V52 and V56 → Null effect

On composite logger, sync.error never be shown, but many timing error be logged.

+ and - of timing error are what means? (timing error - No commentary on MS-HP)
How do timing error be obliterated, and engine soundly be running?

Does it not run right to you now
According to the logged timing error?
Or when you are actually driving it on the street

I never run on the street, because engine is strongly hunting.

I think EF-SE engine VR sensor signal is noisy ?
>・turn counterclockwise and clockwise V52 and V56 → Null effect

So I mail ordered usb oscilloscope Hantek1008B yesterday from China, for checking VR sensor signal.
I will post test result of VR sensor signal using oscilloscope, then plz check and advice this problem.

Teach me in detail, what is timing error ? MS-HP explained about timing error ?

if you really get frustrated
it might be an idea to use a hall sensor

According to your datalogs and composite log, you have perfect RPM-sync. So there is no need to touch the VR pots - everything is working fine it seems.

The hunting or other problem is a tuning issue, not a tach input problem.

Today Daihatsu EF-SE engine could run on the street, with MS3 inclued pre-1.4 alpha code .
Engine runs over 6000rpm with correct sync. and no huntching.

I missed that output setting of wideband O2 unit (Tech Edge 2A0 DIY).
Output line was not liner and be wrote zigzag line.
So that MS3 was not able to know correct A/F signals and be forced making wrong VE-map.
I did not checked output of wideband O2 unit before MS3 setup.

I 'm hot with shame, losing rudimentary check and misunderstanding.
Now I know the meaning of timing error.

Trigger wheel 12+1 Daihatsu EF-SE engine 3Cyl can run using MS3 Under the following conditions.
・pre-1.4 alpha code
・Insert +N and -N VR lines in series variable resistors(I setted 100k ohm)

I appreciate the many advice.
