Ah ok, yes I should have been clearer.
Pin 1 on the DIP40 socket where the MS3 plugs into the mainboard.
The pin with "<- 1" next to it. Check for dry joints there, a damaged pin and also a dry joint on the underside of the mainboard.

checked it, looks fine.. touched pin 1 anyway with solder tip... same issue..........

almost 1 year of working perfect and now this weird small issue I cant shake off
Is there any hope for this?

I am getting ridiculed about this by peers, they keep ranting to give up and get a holley efi.

Check for voltage from the CLT signal on the Stim at pin 25 of the 40 pin header at the top of the MS3 daughter card, then check if it's making it to pin 71 of the processor.

Next, challenge your Holley friends to see if they can take apart and troubleshoot their ECUs if they have a problem.

(For those not familiar with the current line of Holley engine management: They're epoxy potted.)

read my prior posts,

I reported both sensors WORK but as I sweep the potentioemeter on stim I get 2 spots that reports 0 in tunerstudio. these spots are what I see
as my car is in WUE.

Ohh I would tell them that but they would just send it in for exchange/repair if needed.

thanks
Joe

This is most strange. I'm wondering if the calibration data is corrupted perhaps?
Here's a way to capture some more diagnostic information...

The Check Engine Light (CEL) system allows the MS3 to report the raw ADC input for the sensors.

On the stim, enable "Sensor Checking" but leave all sensors set to off.
Set "Status5 input" to "CLT"
Set "Status5 Shows" to "ADC count"

Power cycle.
Turn CLT pot fully one way.
Start a datalog.
Sweep the CLT pot slowly over the full range.
Stop the datalog.
Attach it here.

It seems it was the saved calibration values. My values where correct but for what ever reason when I unlocked calibration for air and water sensor,
I could not save my values shown in tunerstudio. It gave some error when saving. I had to selectdifferent sensor and re-sect my ford sensors and then
it accepted and saved my values.

Now with correct values, my problem went away...

thanks fellas!!!
