Multiple Cam Inputs

I started about to start on the 4 cam inputs and found something that raised a question.

In the VVT section of the manual, it says you can use PT4 as a spare input.
"PT4 - this is a 0-5V input on the MS3X connector."

But on the wiring diagram for the 3x connector it shows PT4 was a logic output.

....so which is it?

Will the 3x analog inputs( pins 21, 22, and 23) not work for a cam signal input?
JS10 will be one of my inputs...I already ahave a protected ciruit from old flex fuel input. I can use the flex input for FF now that I have a 3x so its going to be repuuposed.

Never mind...I figured it out.

TS only gives the options to have js10/pt6/pt4 as the spare inputs....so its looks like I will have to use those 3 only.
