Hey all...
just curious if there is a way to change the pulses per revolution output from the MS3? I just finished installing an Ls1 into my 300zx and the tach works, but it is fast because it was made to read 3 pulses per rev, and the box for the Ls is putting out 4. Thanks.

Re: Tachometer output variables
as far as im aware you are stuck there you could run it at normal or half speed only so will still be incorrect, a few times people have suggested this to be added to the f/w but it is meant to be a real pita to do so never made it.

More specifically, changing the tach speed in that way will require a more complicated implementation of an angle clock.

Re: Tachometer output variables
I found a solution....
I talked to a friend of mine who did an LS conversion into a 240 SX and he told me about this device that he used to make his tach read correctly.
