i want to use a few of the newer features on my drag car, the new boost control works d*** good on another car.
so far i caught the mat density, just loaded the mat.msq.part, idle control was basically all different
i just have 2 questions.
1. boost delay. i am sure 100= target, but i am unsure of what 0 reprisents, would that be 0 kpa 100 kpa or baro? assuming 0=100kpa and boost target =150kpa would a 50=125kpa?
2. is anything handled differently in this newer code similar to the mat correction i missed out on?

Zero is either zero duty cycle (open loop boost) or barometric pressure (closed loop).

thanks for verifying, that is what i suspected.
this is a very useful feature for big power cars(street cars anyway) this happened yesterday trying to get a better 60ft time using trans brake only no launch.

JB Weld will fix that!
I'd like to see a few pictures of this parts breaker you have! Is this a different car than the one that you did the 4R70W for? You definitely don't mess around when it comes to make power.

this one is not my car but it has quite a bit of my old parts, sweat and blood in it. there are alot of pics in this build thread http://www.theturboforums.com/threads/3 ... rier/page5
i have 2 mercury capris one is all out race car the other is my daily driver. i also have a nissan setra but i think i have only put 50 miles on it since the snow melted.

the boost delay worked quite well on my car i have it set for 50%-100 in a 2 sec window, i did not spin once using the feature. tried it once transbrake only i lost my steering out of the hole but the tires broke loose when the front end came down.
i ran a best of 9.38@148 last weekend at 13 lbs boost was going to try a bit more but my last run left me with a need for fresh undies
