Hey guys...
I am really sick of screwing around with the junk thermostatic fan controllers that Flex-a-lite sells. Three years ago, the first one I bought literally melted the solder joints on the power input, So I bought the best one they had for almost two hundred dollars. It quit just shy of a year, so they replaced it under warranty, and now, nine months later, it has failed again. So, I am going to use the fan control output off the ECU.
The question is, how, exactly, does that work? I am assuming that the output from the ECU is a positive trigger wire, correct? If that is so, that will be the trigger for the relay I will wire in, right? Thanks for the help.
Eric
