first start sync loss weird tooth pattern

hi ive finally gone for first start with my ms3x 2.9 v6 engine and it would turn for a while no sync loss then sync loss just quickly drops in and out randomly giving useless spark pattern and fuel pump switching on and off, ive done a tooth log and it looks far from right to me ill try and put it on here and if someone could review it and tell me where I should start looking id be very grateful l

what ecu? ms3 or pro? and what type of sensor and wheel??

Ms3 with expander using vr sensors on a 36-1 crank wheel wasted spark and quad spark igniter

ok its failing to see a bunch of teeth, id make sure any noise filtering is turned off, also make sure the wiring and connections check out ok, was it a factory sensor and wheel location? if not could try closing the sensor gap slightly, did you make sure the pots on the main board were adjusted correctly?

Wiring is definately correct it is factory sensor and wheel gonna pull the sensor and clean off any gunk that may be on it, cam pots definately been done cos i did that unsure of main board tho cos that was tested and asjusted by someone else so ill open it up and double check it

problem solved it was a bad setup on the pots, 2.5 hours on the stim and all sorted now got a good tooth pattern and zero sync loss on it now
