New user questions

Post by the_buster »

Hi

I'm doing an install on a EEC-V based 5.0 ford (same as mustang different controller)

I have dual fans. I have one output set but where would I put the next one?

stepper motor control, what would my wiring look like? I know its a switched 12v (Hot-in run) and to Megasquirt but what would that look like and would my stock harness have all this sorted already? it is set in Tuner studio.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation do I need it?

thanks,

1 Set one high to turn on.
2 Set low to turn off.

Any of the unused mid-current outputs will work on an MS3X. On an MS3-Pro, you can use a PWM or high current output.

A stock 5.0 wouldn't use a stepper IAC.

No.
