I can't start my jeep V8

Post by montelibre »

I have been trying start my 1998 jeep V8 Grand cherokee without successful (fully sequential settings) . It was with its own ignition system.
On the gauge cluster I can see that the fuel load says INVALID (???).
Where might be the problem?
I have attached a data log. Also a shot screen with the engine running with its own fuel and ignition system.

Looks like you need to:

1. Confirm the timing is correct.
2. Adjust the cranking pulse width.

The invalid fuel load is purely a TunerStudio gauge setting issue. Right click on the dash, select Load / Save, and reload the default dash - it should come up with the fuel load displayed correctly.

I'm very happy :yeah!: . I have already started my engine, no very well, but it runs...
I'm going to install a wideband o2 sensor and then I'll try autotune with TunerStudio.
Thanks.
