Post by Speedy_G »

sorry, a lot of questions these days from my side. But i'm right before building my wiring harness and still need a few infos.

What modifications are necessery to use PT4 and Flex(PE) as Ground Switch Inputs?
Any protection?

Exactly what MS variant do you have?

oh forgot to write it down ... I have the V3 Mainboard with MS3 CPU and MS3x Expansion Card

The "original" Switch Inputs on MS3x are already in use. And the spare ports (SPR3, SPR4) on the MS3 card are already planed for ADC input.
So only PT4 and Flex are left, if it is possible to use them as switch inputs.

Yes, both have at least some protection. I wouldn't worry about wiring them to a switch to ground.
