I've tried everything and didn't get it fixed. Finally I replaced LM2904 with TLC2272IP and all problems went away. Now the car is boosted with 3+bar and works like a charm.
Now I build all my MS units with TLC2272IP. If you cant find TLC2272IP in Sweden, I'll send you one ;)

UPDATE
Today I install MCP6002-E/P instead LM2904
Tryed to drive a few time and it seems like the problem is gone.
Boost 300kpa and rev 8000rpm
Then I increase boost to 350kpa and after a few runs the lost sync 2 is back!
Then I i turn off the engine and wait for about 10 min and drive again I can run 2-3 loads and the syncloss is back!
Only over 300kpa at the 3th gear.
Check the first log that sometimes it not drop RPM but only Duty cycle!
A few times it drops DC even without sync loss.
First I thought it was rev limit because I use both fuelcut and sparkcut.
But if I look at the log it drop DC allready at 6000rpm but the rev limit is 8000rpm
Then I tryed to deactivate fuelcut and run only sparkcut and finaly the syncloss is gone!
I drove over one hour now about 20 loads and no syncloss!
How it is possible? ECU can not handle rev limit fuelcut???
Because now I remember that I allways run only sparkcut rev limit and only a few month agow I activated fuelcut too after upgrading the firmware.
Second log is only sparkcut no sync loss.
Any ides about that?

It is possible that the engine running roughly at the rev limit causes a loss of sync. Without a composite log of the loss of sync, it's hard to tell for sure.

This is just too much.
I just got sync loss again with only sparkcut!
Yestarday it worked just fine a few hours and now the sync loss is back.

Sorry but now when i try to make a log the sync loss is gone again.
I got it only one time today and when it happened The coils stopped fireing but The rest like rpm and dc was ON

Now I installed TLC2272IP but haver the same problem, even more crazy.
Allready at the 300 kpa the injectors run 100% DC!
How its possible? 1700cc should be enough 1200hp with E85 and I know that i have no 1200hp at 300kpa, its impossible.
Sometimes I can load 350kpa with 100% DC.
Injector DC just chaning but the lambda shows the same value.
Then every time when I get sync loss is when the DC getting about 100% and DC just drops to zero but the RPM keep running!
I can even see at the log the batteri volt getting lower at the same time DC goes up before the sync loss.
In the second log you can see crazy stuff injector DC goes up to 348% ! ?!

so no one knows in case there is a possibility that injectors can cause failure or short circuit so that ECU may loose sync?

Please post your current tune.
Something is radically wrong at present.
At 178299.56 in your datalog your pulsewidth is showing 65ms. This isn't going to work. The VE is also showing -376.9 which is impossible.
I have tested the MSQ you posted in August on the bench and do not see this behaviour.
This needs fixing before you look into anything else.

I just borowed the same injectors from my friend and new battery but stil the same problem.
Here is the latest log from now and you can see 1th pull I get 1th sync loss and only DC drop allready at 5k rpm and then it comes secound sync loss with both dcand rpm drop.
Last pull you can see that the engine dies and tuneer studio goes offline.
