Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone out there is using the long term fuel trim yet? I'm thinking of giving it a try.
A question. When does Megasquirt actually start making changes to the long term fuel trim? Are there parameters that must be met before it starts tweaking the table in RAM before finally burning it to flash after the set time?
I would have thought that there should be parameters such as the coolant being at a certain temp, before it should start recording corrections. Also, it should disable corrections when fuel cut is active. Things like that. Where can I find this info?!
There is stuff all info out there about this.

Sorry - Moderators, feel free to move this to the MS3 support forum where it most probably should be.

Re: MS3 Long term fuel trim
I plan to use it when I have everything done. It just seems I am always fine tuning everything.
I read the little help thing a few times and think this works like a very sow veal session. when using it at first I wouldn't have it write to tables automatically, prolly should view them first.
please share your thoughts because I am interested in this also. I don't think this is in the wrong section.
