would it be to my benefit to use toothed wheel instead of ls1 option in the ignition options/wheel decoder. the reason is i have seen other tunes, on other cars with the same 6.0 ls and turbo. My 6.0 is an ls but not an ls1.

The "LS1" option applies to all engines which use the 24X pattern. Leave that set.

i got the engine to TDC and put a dial back timing light on it. I went into the ignition options/wheel decoder and changed from use table to fixed advance 10. started the engine, kept it at 1k rpm and the timing light read 5 degrees. Not sure if this was the right, but i change the trigger angle/offset degree to 5? Is this right? The motor is a 6.0 ls running wasted cop and semi sequential.
