You can use alpha9, and use generic pwm for drive discharge solenoid.
When the engine run, you can open manually from generic pwm table.

EDIT.: For test. 20 hz with 50% duty cycle for 3-5 seconds is enough?

VVT angles are only shown when the VVT system is enabled.
You could use the output test mode I/O to manually enable the solenoids.

2 questions:
- Is it normal the AFR has different behaviour between banks?
- Now Im ready to start testing the VVT, do you what that I do some test before starting use it?

Maybe not. More problems.
During this afternoon, I had finishing some wiring and the IOx. When I was solder, I forgot that I had the key on and made a short-circuit between 12v and 5v, just a little touch. The pump kick in. I turn off the key and check the wiring so that will not happen again, after that I didn't need to start the engine. After this solved I continue with the wiring.
After that, I notice when I turn on the key for some light tests, the priming pulse always go twice.
At the end of the afternoon I wanted to start the engine and:
- When I turn on the key and there is one injector always pulsing, don't know which.
- I removed one of main plug (Injectos, coils and vanos valvos), the same behaviour goes to fuel pump relay, after priming pulse time.
I checked the settings and disable the generic outputs that I used to discharge vanos oil. And this don't happen any more (pulsing injector/fuel pump). But the engine start and stop right after 3 or 5 seconds.
After that:
-Checked the Vref voltage: 5V
- TS seams to be normal
May I have damage the CPU? There are some tests I can do it to see it CPU is damage?
I attach the MSQ Im using.
Didn't had time to do a datalog. Monday I will do it if necessary.
I was thinking on Monday, try to reload the alpha 9 firmware to see if solve this problem.

in some cases I have damaged the cpu for short-circuit between in-out pin cpu and 12v....
where you made short circuit precisely?

I have the cams conditioner circuit on a board like this, as used the same circuit of PT4 on MS3X:
When I has calibrating the map sensor, I wired it provisionally on this board since I have there 5V and ground. After that I remove the Map wires from that board but I damage the 5V line.
My friend was doing some test on dash light and need the key on. I didn't notice it and I tried to repair it, when I put some tin to repair, I put a bit more then necessary and the liquid tin touch on 12V line which is right next. It just touch, didn't fully connect.

if you have fortune, you have damage zener diode 5.6V. Replace it for securety

Is the D19 on main board?
After this happen, I checked the voltage on Vref, and it is good, 4,98V. And on TS all seams to be normal. The engine do the priming pulse, just stop after it start running.

But and cpu? It seams to be OK. In this kind of situations when it damage it will not work or it will damage in only some parts? There is some way to test the cpu to see if all its modules are OK?

The only way to test the cpu is "using the cpu".
If you have damaged MCU, you have to replace all the cpu.
I think, however, that the zener should have given good protection

The problem was just settings. I didn't have the MAP connected, because I thought that its information wasn't be used be MS. But I was wrong since I forgot MAP multiply. I disabled it and the engine start and don't die.
Now I need to tune a bit the VE table and start working with VVT.
About the control algorithm, currently Im using Alpha-N but my primary goal was to use MAF, since I dont have that info I can't use it. Since this car is for offroad, I need to have good throttle response at low loads, so I need to go to ITB mode. Any advices? There is some tutorial to tune it?

I suggest you use alphan with multiplymap active.
it's 'easier to tune, and the response of the motor is great.

Today started to tune the VVT and I notice that. IAC1 and IAC2 is not a option on output (1), only on output(2).
Is it normal?
I ask this since I already wired the vvt ouput for exhaust bank2 cam to IAC1 IAC2. I did this so for the same cam, it would have the "same" circuit to control the solenoids.
If is not possible the set IAC1 on output(1), I will re-wire it.
