Transbrake, launch rev limit, & delay

when using ‘delay’ in the tbrake setting, I will need to hold the launch rpm until the delay is over and the tbrake releases. I am trying to figure out the best way to deal with this- somehow I guess it needs to be tied to the tbrake output right?

I plan to use the ECU to ground the transbrake solenoid (output). If I connect the launch rpm grounded input to the tbrake output will this do the trick? Or ??
