Parallel MS3x and LSx 0411 ECM? Anything special?

Does anyone know if I will have to do anything special other than the typical Crank/Cam sensor circuit setup to Parallel a LS1 ECM with MS3x? I will just be installing secondary IAT/CLT sensors and tap into the TPS as well as wiring the IAC.

I have done two different LS1s already and now am looking do it on a non-engine swap vehicle that the owner would like to retain all the factory functions and gauges/displays as well as the factory transmission control. I feel pretty confident on everything but having a problem sharing the Crank and Cam sensors since they can be touchy, maybe someone has already done this with success?
