There's lots of noise on your cam signal - see frames 28,29,30,31 in the composite log.

how to know if i have the right wiring for the cam? or do i need to wire the opposite way? i think when the bars are up this means they are the right way right??
so if it is only noise is this a shield problem , or from the log i can see many false trigger so do adding inline 10K resis will clean the signal or do i use the software filter??

and why there is no sync loss bars in the log ???? this makes me go crazy . do they appear only if happen loss on the main trigger?

This is what I'm seeing:

That cam signal is seeing false signals for sure.

However, as you note, there doesn't actually seem to be any synchloss in the data you captured. You can use the "Sync loss logger" to record the signal that led up to the sync loss.

a lot of false signal can be filtered using 10k inline right? . to bring down voltage as it happen before with another setup using the ms pro bare board . may be there must be hardware fix for that as i started to this this error a lot .

With MS3-Pro (and Microsquirt) you use a 10k resistor "shunt" between VR+ and VR- connections.

(The V3 and V357 mainboards can use the 10k resistor inline.)

if some else landed here for the same reason here is some info that would help
http://www.useasydocs.com/theory/vr.htm
the MAX992X is the same as the one in mspro . I've used common -v signal for both can and crank I will try to separate them from each other

That is likely the cause of your problems.
