MS3 Lean and bucking when releasing clutch

Good day all. I am tuning a friends car and we have most everything tuned pretty well except for this annoying issue. The acceleration enrich is somewhat tuned and im not really sure where else to look. It definitely appears to be a leaning out condition that causes the bucking.
The car is a Shelby Cobra FFR kit with a Ford 408 (351w stroker) with 2 small turbos, carb style intake with a 1000 cfm throttle body, TPS is correct, and it starts and runs good everywhere else.
Any suggestions appreciated, attached current tune and log file showing some clutch releases and starts

ve table looks horrible and spark table is not suited for a manual car. judging by ve table dead time is also incorrect.

need more info. heads, cam, intake, injectors, boost level and fuel type

VE table is tuned well but only for the area in which we have been driving it in cruise. It cruises well idle to 3k except for the noted issue.
Heads are the edelbrock knock offs (patriot performance) ported and port matched / flowed by local head shop.
Cam is similar to a F303 Ford, Intake is an airgap with a 1000 cfm throttle body, injectors are delphi 60s
93 octane pump gas, and not tuning in boost for now but eventually up to 15lbs
The spark table is quite high overall and I was thinking of bringing it down in the lower rpm load areas.

This was resolved by a lead from ashford. The Injector deadtime was not configured correctly and was not allowing for small pw of adjustments.
Lesson: Configure your Injectors because your whole tune depends on it....
