How to get a MAF and speed density settup correct?
Hello!
MS 3X 3.57
I do have trubble whit my settup..
I want to use my Maf sensor untill it reaches 5 volt. After that I will make the SD run the car.
The blend curve:
VE 1= SD, primary. VE 2 Maf. As you see does the ve 2 Map run the car ande then the speed density on ve 1 runns the party.
I have my maf working, and my SD. But when i enable Maf ass secundary or primary fuel load my iat correction dissapers..
I do have å new type bosch MAf and its totaly indipendent giving signal and no temp correction is needed... But my SD do need..
What happens if MAT correction curve is anabled in this menu? I have a bad feeling that this vill make iat correction "destroy" my maf signal...

MAT is still being used in Speed Density, you shouldn't need to access the density correction. Is that the question, if it appears grayed out you believe it isn't being used?

It still get used? Hmmm, got some realy wierd afr when trying this out. Did just make v1 100% controll while maf was anabled in the menu.elutionsdesign wrote:MAT is still being used in Speed Density, you shouldn't need to access the density correction. My loggs do actually view corrections. But CLT vs iat corrections is dissabled. Just have to live whit that?

I'm sure you could disable MAF to make any changes to those tables you felt were required, then re-enable MAF.

That wold be cool if it works that way!elutionsdesign wrote:I'm sure you could disable MAF to make any changes to those tables you felt were required, then re-enable MAF.
It seems that you got some experience..?
AFR do get higher when inntake manifold get hoter on idle and low flow situations .
I tahugt enable clt vs iat to "smooth out" the correction. Ass its ment to do.
But I`m not sure how much heat my inntake emitt to the air.. Do some "standar" Tables exist?
I ant to try somthing like this
Do you have any coment?
Thanks for helping!
