A/C wiring help on x-card

Post by 3tc power »

I basically had my mk3 supra running for some months now and i finally decided that i want wire up and test ac controls on my ms3.
First question is would i be able to wire ac switch straight to the ms3x? What inputs works best for this setup? Which is best way to wire condensor fans?

Thanks for your help in advance guys.

The A/C switch is a switch to ground signal? Most are.

Connect it to any of the ground switched inputs - Data Log, Table Switch, or Launch.

hey guys just wanted to make sure i don't mess anything up on my ecu. I just want to check in with you guys before i do this. so i'm guessing i have to use 2 channels for my AC to work through my ms3x... In from switch and OUT from ms3x to compressor right?

INPUT pin28(Tablesw)- from AC swith
OUTPUT pin30(D/log)- to AC compressor

will this work properly? Thanks in advance guys

Datalog in is an INPUT to the MS3X.

ok so my question is how do i get this to work properly? i need specifics because last thing i need is a bad ecu. jsmcortina will the way i explained in the above post work or do i have to go by this another way? So if i use (D/log) as the input what should be used as an output to the compressor? medium current output (Nitrous 1) maybe?

Use a spare output
e.g.
VVT
NITROUS1
NITROUS2
BOOST
IDLE
