Ook, I ihave a MS3X V3.0 with the knock module installed. Inputs k1 and k2 to spr3 and 4 per the instructions.
Now, I wanted to poke around on TS, and i cant find where to set SPR3 or spr4 as an input for knock sensor? What am I missing?

Just enable the "internal" knock module.
Settings are in the TunerStudio Reference manual.
