GM Hei 7/8 with MS3 help

Hello,

I am wiring a GM tpi setup with hei8 and a base ms3 3.0. I wired the jumpers per the manual but tuner studios doesnt have the proper ouput options for Spark A output pin = "D14" and for GM HEI/DIS options the only option is "GM bypass on spark B. I am a bit stumped right now and cant seem to find anyone that may have run into the same issue. Has anyone else run into this? Should I jumper the board different for MS3?

On MS3, that setting is "LEDs spark".
