MS3X Communication Issue

Hello All,

I am having an issue connecting to my MS3 when the MS3X daughter card is installed. It was working the other night but now there is no connection. I was configuring the system with Tunerstudio MS one night, then the next day tried to reconnect and did not get anything. I have done a little diagnosing, when I have the expansion cable connected to the MS3X card, there is not communication between the computer and ECU. When I disconnect the cable between the MS3x and and the rest of the controller, I can then connect to it and change settings with Tunerstudio MS. When the MS3X is connected, the fuel pump led stays lit up on the the JimStim 1.5 board. When it is disconnected, the fuel pump light comes on, then turns off. Does anyone have some ideas on what to diagnose?

Check if U7 or U13 are getting hot when the MS3X is plugged in.

Found the issue. Someone let the monkey loose over here. Ribbon cable connecting the expansion board to the controller was backwards. Now time to deal with the aftermath...
