Specific Launch target for boost issue

Post by frdstang93 »

Ok here's another one that maybe someone else has run into. I am successfully running closed loop boost control but I have recently run into an issue with the launch settings. I am trying to get the specific launch boost setting to work with no avail, launch control settings are correct and are activated when the t-brake button is pressed. With the polarity inverted it holds the waste gate closed and lets it boost to the overboost limit, with the polarity normal it lets the gate stay all the way open and only goes to spring pressure which is 3lbs in this case. I have tried kpa settings through the whole range that work fine in my normal boost table with no success, its almost like that field is dead in the software.
Please Help.

Thank you

The log shows a 13 kPa target, and the MSQ shows a 100 kPa target - was that MSQ from the same run as the log?

No, the msq was changed from when I made the log that is attached. That field would have been the only change though
