1.4.0 TS minor table blend bug

If in the Table Switch dialog you have AFR Blend enabled, and Dual Fuel enabled (but Alt AFR Tables disabled), AFR Table 2 is (wrongly) disabled.
I wish to use the new Dual Fuel Flex for table blending fuel, ign and boost, but have AFR use a different blend curve, so need the separate AFR Blend table to work.

BTW... do you dev guys use a bug tracker?
It seems silly to report these small issues in here like this.
