Okay I'm probably just being thick here but I've come across something I don't understand in the doc for the CAN broadcast data.
For the vehicle speed signals, the units are shown as "ms-1" with multiply = 1, divide = 10, and add = 0. I get that I'm supposed to take the value from the CAN packet and divide it by 10, but don't understand what the result represents.
Thanks!
Edit: thought about it a little more and a light bulb lit above my head... but dimly. Are the units pulses per millisecond? So a value in the CAN packet of 1, divided by 10, would mean one-tenth of a pulse/ms or a 10ms period? And a value of 10 would mean 1 pulse/ms and so on?

Re: CAN broadcast VSS scaling?
The units are tenths of meter per second. So 10 would 1 meter per second or 3.6 km/h.
